technically yes you did as you filled out application form that every member must do before going into the alliance.

Ah ok then.... btw, does the alliance have some kind of strategy in terms of fleet? I mean, I saw the poll and looks like it contains mostly turtles.... Is that right?
And if I get accepted, do I have to abide by this kind of strategy?

No thats what we think is the best thing to fighting mostly us are building fleets.
